This is a fully home-based position and perfect for those who excel in sales and customer service - you'll be selling your customers their dream river cruise holiday, whilst ‘delivering a remarkable experience’.
Previous river cruise sales experience would be a huge advantage but if you have a proven track record in a travel sales role and first-hand experience of river cruising, then we’d also love to hear from you!

Role of River Cruise Sales Consultant:
- Managing a portfolio of customers through acquisition of new customers, retention of existing customers and maintenance and updating of customer data and records
- Delivering on agreed customer and sales targets (KPI’s)
- Ensure customers’ needs are met promptly and accurately
- Understand the needs of each customer, through listening and building rapport
- Take the workload off customers’ shoulders and let them focus on enjoying their river cruise
Skills required for the role:
- Previous travel industry experience to include river cruise sales or river cruise personal experience - essential
- Demonstrable experience of working to sales targets
- To take ownership of your own personal development to build on product knowledge
- Be passionate about cruises and dedicated to providing customers with the very best in one- to-one personal service
